Naples Park is located in North Naples just off Highway 41 between the highway and the homes at Vanderbilt beach. It stretches from 111th Ave. or Immokalee Rd in the North to 91st Ave. in the South and covers four blocks East and West with a variety of homes, parks, and residential neighborhoods throughout this highly structured and master planned community.
History ~
Naples Park got its start as one of the original developments for the city of Naples. General Williams and William Haldeman desire to create a section of Naples that would be most attractive to visitors because of its close proximity to state parks and beaches and to where the heart of the city would someday be built. Naples Park was not only of vacation hotspot at the beginning but eventually became a permanent home to many visitors and seasonal tourists from out of town and out-of-state. In the 1950s Naples Park was primarily known as the home of the working class and it grew throughout the 20th century bringing in families and settlements and boomed by the 1970s. Today, Naples Park is an affordable community with over 7000 residents, parks and comfortable neighborhoods.

Naples Park is popular to residents and locals of all ages, ethnicities, and budgets with a variety of homes built between the 1950s and the 1980s. Being centrally located close to the beach, shops and recreational facilities, Naples Park is one of the only neighborhoods of its kind West of Highway 41. It is one of the best value communities in all of Naples and consistently has dozens of sales each month priced from $190,000-$900,000.
Naples Park is just 6 ½ miles or about 15 minutes South of Bonita Springs; about 9 miles or 15 minutes North of downtown or Olde Naples; about 13 miles or 20 minutes South of Estero, and 28 miles or about 40 minutes South of Fort Myers Florida.
