Naples Park borders of Vanderbilt Drive which is nestled up against the Vanderbilt beach community in North Naples Florida. Although none of the homes with in Naples Park have a waterfront access accept a very small section of about 15 homes in the Northeast quadrant of Naples Park around a small pond or lake, those along Vanderbilt Drive may have peekaboo views of the inlets and waterfront on Vanderbilt beach and the community therein. Vanderbilt Drive stretches and North and South beyond 111th Ave. but that’s where Naples Park stops and most of the views also added at the crest lawn Cemetery.
Starting at the North are beautiful estate homes along Vanderbilt Drive with peekaboo views of the inlet and the water. Many of the more expensive homes are also along Vanderbilt Drive ranging from about $400,000-$900,000. Along Vanderbilt Drive is an easy walk to the beach or one of the many access points to the inlet and you can always more about the one of the boat docks close by for easy access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Depending on which home you choose you may have a North or South entrance to your home or the West entrance off Vanderbilt Drive which gives you a direct view into one of the inlets along the Vanderbilt beach community. Most of these homes also come with a screened in lanai, backyard swimming pool, or other accessories. Because each home is unique in Naples Park you’ll find something different about every single property.
There’s a beautiful walkway along the West side of Vanderbilt Drive that provides beautiful water views and easy access across the Street to the communities and neighborhoods within Naples Park. Further South closer to 91st Ave. are more obstructed views with waterfront estates, condominiums and resorts, especially on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Vanderbilt Drive.
